How to prepare for your visit from Beyond:

• Any furniture to be moved is to be moved by the client prior to our arrival.
• If cleaning furniture, please advise the technician about any special requirements, i.e. weak legs etc.
• Vacuum carpeting before we arrive. If you use a vacuum with a bag, please put in a fresh bag.
• Full length drapes should be pinned up at least 6 inches as well as skirts from sofas and chairs
• Remove breakable items from the areas that are to be cleaned.
• Any small furniture (plants, magazine racks etc.) should be removed from the areas to be cleaned.
• Please put pets in a safe place, our equipment can be loud and we don’t want to frighten them.
• For your young children’s safety, please keep them away from our technicians while they are in your home cleaning. Our equipment is large and heavy and we want to avoid any injuries.
• Inform our carpet technicians of any special stains.
